Polyethylene Glycol 14000 is a synthetic polymer (a substance with a large number of similar units bound together) of ethylene oxide that is used as a binder to keep mixtures together, such as keeping oil and water mixed together. It is also a thickening agent, heat stable, hygroscopic and has a Low Vapor Pressure with Humectant Properties.
